He did say that the odometerreading is correct at 50k miles on it, I can't prove that but it sure seemstight and clean. I did clean up the motor when I got it about a year ago. Themotor is a 318ci. NOT a 426 like the valve covers read, I just had to put themon looks cool at car shows, it's funny to watch peoples eyes when they seethat. Runs great, everydaydriver. Even the original radio works great. I changed out the fuel tank but nowcan't seem to get the gas gauge to work. A lot of new parts that I'veinstalled to make it the way I like it, has radar 17" wheels in front with newtires, rears are 20"radars with good tread on those tires. Drives greathaven't had any issues with it, I did install a 3 row Aluminum radiator anda 3"shroud, zero over heating with a 180 stat. Many more new parts added. Interior looks like new but the old guy said back then it was original,don't know if that's true, looks new to me. There is some surface rustbut not that bad, a few very small blisters by the front back of fender anddrivers bottom of door, I don't believe it's bad just a little underthe paint. Trunk had some small holes but it seems that it is patched and Ididn't think it's that bad. This is a classic car that can be d.
