1987 Buick Regal T-Type – Same drive train as the Grand National, butdifferent trim package. The 2nd owner of this car bought it from original ownerin 1993 – it had 66,000 miles on it then. I bought it from the 2nd owner in1996. I think it had just under 100,000 miles on it at the time. I replaced thegauge cluster at some point and didn’t keep track of the mileage. I’veprobably put on less than 15,000 miles. The current odometer reads 61,000 miles,but it is really around 115,000. The car has spent most of its life in storageas part of a car collection. The car had some winter driving before I got it. The bottoms of the doors were rusty so I put a pair of southern doors on it andhad the car painted the original color - dark red metallic. I think it was donewas in 1997 or 1998. The rockers and lower rear quarters were recently repaintedto repair a couple of paint blisters. Everything else nice and solid. There isone paint blister on the right rear wheel well and a couple blemishes in thehood. There are also a couple small tears in the upholstery. Years ago, thetransmission started slipping, so I had it rebuilt by General Motors – theyput heavy duty clutches in it. I also had the motor freshened up. One ownerfamily car, father bought new, sold to son (70 year old) twenty plus years ago. Garage kept since new, no body rust, never driven in the snow. Only 21,540original miles, still has the original Bias tires on the car. Paint is very nicecondition, still very shiny, tan vinyl top in great condition as well and theinterior (Sandalwood color) which presents in excellent condition with no wear. Overall car is in great condition for a 45 year old car, will drive right downthe road. I am selling this fine car for a friend.

Smoke free car restored by riviera club member in michigan several years ago. I had it closed-trailered to ohio and put over $5k into brakes (cylinders and master), suspension (bushings,sway bar,ball joints,etc., sensa-trac shocks, new steering box,4-barrel carb rebuild, intake manifold, new starter,etc. I have restoration/repair records, and those from previous owner. Body is rust-free, bondo-free. Starts easily, no smoke. Has outstanding chrome, better than factory paint excepting three very small 'spots'. Issues: needs heater core- no leak, but it is bypassed. Power seat (driver's) not working, driver pwr window button intermittent (i had new window motor installed ). Has guidematic headlamp control (never tried using. ), cold factory a/c, great sounding buick wonderbar radio with power antenna ( receives fm also !), tinted glass (top tint windshield- not a scratch! New from previous owner). This car drives and handles wonderfully- goes down the highway like the wind. I part with it with hope that it goes to another good home ! I bought this car from the estate of who i believe was the orig owner. Car had been sitting since mid 90s in a sheet metal building. I was told it had been painted its orig verde green in the mid 90s. The block has the lx stamp as shown in the picture. I am not sure if motor has ever been rebuilt. Orig sold in florida and owner then moved to nc. Things i have done since i purchased the car rebuilt brakes, rebuilt carbs, new alt, a good cleaning. The car does run and drive. Engine seems very strong but will need tuning. The biggest problem with car is it does have electrical issues that need attention. Some of the windows dont work, power seat doesnt work. Air cond and heater need attention. I am a ford guy and have always loved these gran sports.

For sale is a limited production1982 buick riviera convertible. The car has 17,706 miles since new with only oneowner, my father. He can no longer tolerate the sun like he used toand so his meticulously maintained pride and joy is for sale. Buick firstintroduced the riviera name in 1949. It has usually been linked to buick’spersonal luxury models. One of the most notable was the 1963 riviera sportcoupe. Some say it was the most elegant coupe any gm division ever produced. This low mileage 1982 riviera convertible (generation 6) proudly carries on theriviera namesake. All of the 1982 rivera’s started out as coupes and a limitednumber were then converted to ragtops by asc, inc. The distinctive white paint has fine luster and the tasteful red leatherinterior is in excellent shape, as is the power-operated top. Distinctivefactory wire-wheel covers complete the exterior look. Convenience featuresinclude: air conditioning, power seats, cruise control and power windows/trunk. A 5. 0-liter 8-cylinder 307 cubic inch engine powers the riviera.
