I have owned this car for 10 years. Safety updates include seat belts for five, 4 wheel discbrakes, modern brake booster with dual reservoir master cylinder, and a newsteering gearbox with road feel and quicker ratio equal to a new car. Mechanicalupdates not available in 1965 include an overdrive transmission, electronic fuelinjection, new fuel plastic fuel lines and an in-tank pump enabling this car toperform like a much newer car, keeping pace in higher traffic speeds andachieving 20 mpg. During my ownership the interior was completely redone, thecar comes with additional vinyl in both patterns. Every part in the factory AirConditioning and heating has been replaced except the evaporator and works verywell. I have not painted the car, the paint is over 10 years old, it still looksvery good. I received the car on a California title and a black lisc. plate andbelieve the car was only in California until I acquired it. The car has theoriginal floor pans and trunk floor. I am unaware of any rust or major bodyrepairs. I appears that the trunk floor was undercoated inside the trunk priorto my ownership. I have maintained it with trunk paint through the years. Hasthe original mat also. I has been maintained with such use in mind and I neverhesitate to drive it long distances. Air Conditioning

No reserve i bought this el camino in december 2015. I've been looking forthe perfect el camino for me and i love this car, however, i think i want to goolder yet with either a '59 or '60. This past summer i added "vintageair" air conditioning and a stereo with xm radio and custom speaker boxes. Thiswork was done by a professional restoration and hot rod shop with all work doneto the highest standards. I apologize, the photos are of thecar when i bought it and i couldn't find the photo file so i took picturesof the pictures. Not the best quality and i have the car in heated storage butthe lighting isn't very good and the weather here in minnesota makes itdifficult to take out and photograph. Air Conditioning

Folks, i am selling this machine on behalf of a relative.. This machine has been ownedby the same family since 1970! This hot rod is a real head-turner! The 1957chrysler 392 hemi sounds unreal (i will try and post a video) if not, ask. Therear end is a 57 olds with 308 gears. The machine has barely been used besidecar shows and shriner parades the past 47 years! This hot rod was built during aclassic era when all "muscle cars" were 4 speed transmission! World famous hurst4 speed stick! (i cannot imagine owning a car like this and install an automatictransmission?) 11,500 original miles. The incredible mickey thompson 29x15 hotrod tires appear pristine. Texas built and texas owned! I don't see anyrust on this bucket! Classic cragar wire mags, nice upholstery and attractivegauges.
